Unmark a Field as Health Info (ePHI)

If a field no longer contains health information, you can remove its Health Info designation. Unmarking the field turns off the sensitive data protection applied to it and removes the restrictions configured for health information fields.

Unmark a field as Health Info

  1. Open the table containing the field in the base.
  2. Click the More icon on the field header.
  3. Select Unmark as Health Info.

  4. Review the confirmation message.
  5. Click Unmark to confirm.

The field will no longer be treated as containing health information, and the ePHI protection policies will no longer apply to it.
