Share your base with your team to work on tasks collaboratively.

Sharing a base

• To share a base, click the Share button in the top-right corner and choose Share Base.

• Enter the email addresses of the users you want to add to the base.

• Choose the desired access type for the users and click Share.

Sharing views

• Click the Share button and choose Share Current View.

• Enter the email addresses of the users whom you wish to add to the view.

• Choose the access type you want to give the users and click Share.

• Users will have access only to the specific view you've shared.
  

• You can customize your views by filtering data and hiding fields.
