Adding collaborators to bases and views

Share your base with your team to work on tasks collaboratively.
Sharing a base
To share a base, click the Share button in the top-right corner and choose Share Base.
Enter the email addresses of the users you want to add to the base.
Choose the desired access type for the users and click Share.
Sharing views
Click the Share button and choose Share Current View.
Enter the email addresses of the users whom you wish to add to the view.
Choose the access type you want to give the users and click Share.
Users will have access only to the specific view you've shared.
You can customize your views by filtering data and hiding fields.
