Views help you see the same data in different perspectives. Views in Zoho Tables include Grid, Gallery, Kanban, Calendar and Form view. Among these, Kanban and Calendar views helps you track progress and stay ahead of deadlines.

Create a Kanban View

• Click the + button next to the views in the view bar.

• Choose Kanban from the list of views.

• You can create Kanban view using collaborator, created by, modified by, or single-select fields in your table.   

 Create a Calendar View

• Click the + button next to the views in the view bar.

• Choose Calendar from the list of views. You can then customize it to a daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly view.   

• You can also view your agenda by clicking List Records.
