How to import from a cloud service
Navigate to the base where you want to add the new table.
Click the + button in the base to add a new table, and choose Import from the options.
From the pop-up menu, choose Cloud Services.
On the left side of the pop-up, you'll see a list of supported cloud services. Choose the one you want to import from.
How you access your files depends on the cloud service you choose:
Zoho WorkDrive — If you have a valid Zoho WorkDrive account, your files will be accessible directly without any additional authentication.
Other cloud services — For Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Box, you'll need to authenticate your account first:
Click the Authenticate button that appears in the pop-up.
You'll be redirected to the chosen service's sign-in page in a new pop-up window.
Sign in and grant the necessary permissions to connect your account.
Once your account is connected, you'll see a list of files available in supported formats. Choose the file you want to import and click Prepare.
All the fields and records from your file will then be listed in the pop-up window. Just customize your data, click IMPORT in the top-right corner of the pop-up window, and you're all set!
