Using filters during import
When importing from Zoho CRM, you can apply filters to selectively import only the records that meet specific criteria, rather than bringing in everything at once.
How filters work
Filters are applied to fields in Zoho CRM. Only records that match your defined filter criteria will be imported into Zoho Tables.
Setting up filters
Navigate to the base where you want to add the new table.
Click the + button in the base to add a new table, and choose Zoho CRM as the import source.
Choose the CRM module you want to import from.
On the import settings screen, locate the Filters option and define your criteria:
Filter fields — Choose the CRM fields you want to filter by (for example, Lead Status or Account Type).
Filter conditions — Set the condition for each filter (for example, "equals", "contains", or "greater than"), and specify the value (for example, Lead Status equals "Open").
Once your filter criteria are set, proceed with the import. Only records matching your conditions will be brought into Zoho Tables.

Note: Some fields in Zoho CRM may not be compatible with Zoho Tables and will be disabled during filtering.
Limitations
Keep the following limitations in mind when importing from Zoho CRM:
Only the most recent 10,000 records can be fetched per import.
A maximum of 10 filter criteria can be applied per module.
A maximum of 50 fields can be selected for import.
Lookup fields in Zoho CRM will be imported as RecordIDs in Zoho Tables.

The following fields are not available for filtering and cannot be included in the 50 fields for import:
Pricing_Details and Product_Details in the Price Books and Quotes module.
Participants field in the Events module.
ImageUpload, FileUpload, Territory, and MultiSelectLookup fields across modules.
