Sort

Sort is used to automatically sort the records based on a specific field, in ascending or descending fashion. When you apply a sort condition to a field, the records of all other fields automatically get rearranged based on this field. 

  1. From the view bar, click Sort
  2. Click on the + ADD FIELD option



  1. Select a field to apply sort from the drop-down
  2. Choose the preferred sort type A-Z or Z-A (If it's a numeric field, your sort type would be 1-9 or 9-1)

Your fields are now sorted.


To perform a Multiple Sort, click + ADD FIELD to select another field from the dropdown.
