You can download an offline copy of a particular view. From the View dropdown menu, click the Download option. The Download View pop-up window will appear.  



Choose anyone of the three formats (Microsoft Excel, Comma Separated Values, Tab Separated Values) to download your view. You can also password-protect the downloaded file using the Protect the file with a password option. Enter the required password; this will be necessary each time you open the view from your local drive. Once done with the selections, click DOWNLOAD.
