Kanban view

Views in the Zoho Tables mobile app allow you to organize and visualize your data in different formats. You can create views like Gallery, Grid, Kanban, and Calendar, depending on your requirements. 

Kanban view

The Kanban view helps visualize tasks or projects through stages.

  1. Tap the  icon next to your table name. A menu that lists all your tables and views will appear.

  2. Choose + Create View at the bottom to create a new view.

  3. From the view options, choose Kanban.

  4. Choose the field based on which you would like to stack and display your records. Your Kanban view will be created.

  5. Kanban view can be created using single-selectcollaboratorcreated by, or modified by field types.

  6. You can change the view configuration by tapping the tune  icon in the table header and choosing Configure.

Card builder

  1. Customize your cards in Gallery view by tapping the tune  icon in the table header and choosing Builder.

  2. Choose +Add Field to add more fields to be displayed on your cards.

  3. Tap  the  icon to remove fields from the card. 



Manage views

  • Edit views: You can edit any view by tapping the tune  icon on the table header and choosing Configure.

  • Rename a view: Navigate to the list of views. Tap the ellipsis (icon next to your desired view. You will then have the option to rename the view.

  • Duplicate a view: Navigate to the list of views. Tap the  ellipsis (icon next to your desired view. You will then have the option to duplicate the view.

  • Copy a view configuration: Navigate to the list of views. Tap the  ellipsis (icon next to your desired view. You will then have the option to copy a configuration of the view.

  • Delete a view: Navigate to the list of views. Tap the  ellipsis (icon next to your desired view. You will then have the option to delete the view.

  • Rearrange views: From the list of views, long-press the specific view(s) and drag them to the desired position.
