1. Tap the attachment field.

2. Choose a source to upload the attachment from the list of options (Camera, Gallery, Document, and Voice).

 Note: The maximum upload limit is 50 MB.

To add an image from the camera:

1. Choose Camera from the options to upload.

2. Take the photo. You can choose the Retake option if you aren't satisfied with the image.

3. Choose Use Photo if your photo is ready to be uploaded.

4. Now the photo is added to the attachment field of the record.

• You can tap the thumbnail in the attachment field to get a preview of the image.

• You can also download or delete the attachment from the preview.

To add an attachment from the phone's gallery:

1. Choose Gallery.

2. from the options.

3. Choose an image from the photos app. The image is then uploaded to the record.

4. Tap the thumbnail to preview, delete, or download the image.  

1. Tap Document.

2. Choose a file or document from the Files app. The chosen file/document is then uploaded to the record.

3. Tap the thumbnail to preview, delete, or download the file/document.

To add a voice recording: 

1. Tap Voice from the options.

2. When you’re ready to record, tap the microphone  icon and start speaking into the mic.

3. You can pause in between the recording by tapping the pause  icon.

4. When the recording is done, tap the stop  icon to finish.

5. You can now preview the recording. By tapping the  icon, you can discard the current recording and start a new one.

6. To upload the recording, tap the Upload option.

7. Tap the thumbnail to preview, delete, or download the file/document.
