What details does each activity log entry contain?
Each log entry includes: The name of the user who performed the action. The specific action taken. The exact time and date of the action occurred. This allows admin to maintain full transparency and traceability of all message-related activities.
Can I filter the activities in the log?
Yes! You can filter the log in two ways: By activity type (e.g., archived, commented, trashed, assigned). By team or inbox. Simply choose the desired filter criteria, and the relevant log entries will be displayed.
Who can access the Activity Log in Zoho Teaminbox?
Only organization admin has access to the Activity Log. This ensures that sensitive information and critical message-level actions remain visible only to those responsible for overseeing inbox activity.
