How can I view analytics for a specific team?

 Go to the Analytics section and select the desired team from the left pane. You’ll see consolidated metrics across all inboxes within the team, including:
  1. Replies Sent
  2. Archived Threads (via Send and Archive)
  3. New Outbound Emails
  4. Threads that Met Response Time Goals
You can also select an individual member to view their specific metrics.
