What do the team-level reports include?

Team-level reports show combined performance metrics for all inboxes under the team. Metrics include:

Replies Sent: Count of reply emails (excludes new outbound emails).
Archived Threads: Number of replies archived using “Send and Archive.”
New Outbound Emails: Count of newly composed emails (not replies).
Threads that Met Response Time Goal: Number of threads that satisfied the team’s defined response time target.
