Can I save new outgoing email addresses as personal contacts?

Yes. To add a new outgoing email address as a personal contact
  1. Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
  2. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner.
  3. Click More Settings and click the Personal tab.
  4. Turn on the option to automatically add new outgoing email address as a personal contact.
