Can I assign a thread to myself?
Yes, you can assign threads to yourself. By assigning threads to yourself, you notify others that you are actively working on or taking ownership of that specific thread.
1. Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
2. Navigate to the thread and click Assign on the top-right corner.
3. Select Assign to me.
