How to create a personal inbox in Zoho TeamInbox?
Manage all your personal conversations from Email, business WhatsApp, and Telegram inside your personal inboxes.
Steps to create a Personal Inbox in Zoho TeamInbox
- Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
- Click the Plus icon in the top right corner of the left pane.
- Select Create Inbox and choose 'Personal Inbox'.
- Provide a name for identification along with a description. Click Next.
- You can enable the option to Add 'Channel' for your Inbox or add channels later in personal inbox settings
- Click Create Inbox.
Your inbox will be created and will be listed in the left navigation menu under personal inboxes.
