How to create a personal inbox in Zoho TeamInbox?

Manage all your personal conversations from Email, business WhatsApp, and Telegram inside your personal inboxes.

Steps to create a Personal Inbox in Zoho TeamInbox

Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
Click the Plus icon in the top right corner of the left pane.
Select Create Inbox and choose 'Personal Inbox'.
Provide a name for identification along with a description. Click Next.
You can enable the option to Add 'Channel' for your Inbox or add channels later in personal inbox settings
Click Create Inbox.

Your inbox will be created and will be listed in the left navigation menu under personal inboxes.
