Empty inboxes in Zoho TeamInbox

What is an empty inbox?

An empty inbox has no channel associated with it. Create empty inboxes and use them as folders to sort and manage relevant threads from other inboxes. You can manually move conversations into an empty inbox, or you can create rules to do it automatically.
To create a empty shared inbox 
  1. In your Zoho TeamInbox account, click the Plus icon from the top right corner of the left pane. 
  2. Select Inbox > Shared Inbox
  3. Enter a name for your inbox and select the team under which you want to create this inbox. 
  4. Disable the  "Add a channel to this inbox" option from additional inbox settings
  5. Click Create Inbox.
