Zoho TeamInbox lets you to compose an email and send it from your personal inbox. This way you don't have to go to another application every time to send out personal emails, you can manage them right from Zoho TeamInbox.
Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
Click the Plus icon in the top right corner of the left pane.
Click Create Email.
Click 'Save thread under the inbox' dropdown and select your personal inbox.
Select your sender address from the 'From' dropdown box.
Enter the email address of the recipient in the To address and enter the email address of the recipients that you want to carbon copy in the Cc and Bcc section.
Enter the subject of your email.
Enter the content of your email.
Formatting Tools - Customize font style, size and colour, justify and indent texts, and insert bullet points, links, tables and quotes from this option.
Add Attachment - Use the attachment icon to add files from your device.
Insert Signature - Click the signature icon to add a personal signature from the list that you have already created.
Insert Template - Click the template icon to choose the personal response template from the list that you have already created.
Insert Image - Insert images in your content using the picture icon. You can upload the image from your computer or from a link from the web. Set the image size and alignment.
Delete - Click the delete icon to delete the email that you are creating.
Ask Receipt - Click the More icon and select Ask Receipt to receive the 'Read Receipt' for your outgoing email.
Once the email is ready, click Send. You can also choose to archive the message after sending it by selecting Send and Archive.
Compose an email and share it with the members in your organization to get it reviewed. As you write your email, it will automatically be saved as a draft until you send it. Click Share Draft after you compose an email and select the members of your organization that you want to share it with. The members can only view your draft; they cannot make any changes to it.
Open - All your incoming individual emails will be available under the Open view. Use the filter icon to sort your incoming emails as 'Oldest first' or 'Newest first'.
Archived - All your archived emails will be available here.
Snoozed - All your snoozed emails will be available here.
Trash - All your deleted emails will be available under Trash. Click the Trash icon on a particular thread to move the thread to Trash.
Spam - All your junk emails will be available here. You can spam a particular thread by clicking More Actions and then selecting Spam. Click More Actions and select Spam to mark a particular thread as spam.
After you finish a particular task associated with an email or if the email does not need any work to be done, click Archive to archive the thread. This helps in moving one step closer towards achieving the goal of 'Inbox Zero'. To archive, navigate to the thread and click Archive from the top bar. You can also archive a thread while sending a reply by clicking Send and archive. When you archive a thread, it will be removed from the Open view of your inbox. If you want to reopen an archived thread, find the thread in your inbox under Archived view and click Unarchive from the top bar.
Click Snooze on a particular thread if the task in the thread is of less priority and can wait for a longer time, but you want to be reminded of it later. To snooze, navigate to the thread and click Snooze from the top bar. Select the time after which you want the thread to reappear in your inbox. The thread will be hidden from your inbox and be visible under your Snoozed view until the set time period.
To cancel the snooze time that you've set for a thread, find the thread under the Snoozed view, click Snoozed from the top bar and click Unsnooze. The thread will now be removed from the Snoozed view and will reappear in your inbox under the Open view. The Snoozed threads will also be visible inside 'Snoozed' on the left pane.
Tags let you organize your threads based on topics. The created tags will be listed on the left pane under the title 'Tags'. Click on the tag name to view the threads listed under them.
