Yes, you can modify the channel name, change the selected inbox, or disable the existing channels under the Organization Channels settings section.

 1.  Login to Zoho TeamInbox.

 2. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner.

 3.  Click More Settings.

 4.  Click the Organization tab and go to channels. 

 5. Select the channel, and choose the action you want to perform.
