How can I update or edit a response template?

To edit a response template 

  1. Login to Zoho TeamInbox.

  2. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner.

  3. Click More Settings, select the Organization tab.

  4. Navigate to Response Templates in the left pane.

  5. Click on the template to edit.

  6. Click Save Changes.
