How do I edit an existing rule?

You can view the list of all the rules created under your team in the Rules section of the Organization settings. If you have admin access, you can edit the rules from here.
  1. Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
  2. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner.
  3. Click More Settings, select the Organization tab.
  4. Navigate to Rules in the left pane.
  5. Click on the Rule or the edit icon to modify it.
