What are the macOS system requirements to use Trident?
OS Version
Trident is compatible with macOS Catalina 10.15 and all subsequent versions, including the latest macOS Sonoma 14.
Processor
Trident has two separate download links for Apple Silicon and Intel Chipset. Depending on which processor your Mac has, the corresponding .dmg file has to be downloaded from the website.
To find out if your Mac has an Apple Silicon or Intel chip:
- Click the Apple icon at the top-left corner of the system menu bar.
- Select About This Mac from the menu list.
- Look for Chip and see if Apple M1/M2 is listed.
- If not, look for Processor and see if Intel Core is listed.
