How to change the display name for outgoing emails in Trident (macOS)?

Changing the display name in Trident for outgoing emails will be available with future updates. However, you can change it from the Zoho Mail web app. For the changes to take effect in Trident, ensure to manually sync the settings by following the steps below.

  1. Open Trident.

  2. Click Trident in the menu bar.

  3. Select Settings from the menu list.

  4. In the Settings Page that opens, look for General > Sync.

  5. Click Sync in the Sync web settings option.
