In this article, we'll explore the various ways to view your scheduled events.
You can view all of your calendars in the left pane of the Calendar module. They will be categorized as:
You can add as many calendars as required under these categories. Each of these calendars and their corresponding events will be color coded. You can choose to enable or disable any of these calendars by checking or unchecking the respective calendar.
To get a glimpse of only the planned events, you can use the agenda view. You will find it right below your list of calendars.
It's split into two parts: Monthly spread and events list. By moving the cascading arrow up or down, you can expand or shrink the size of the agenda view.
Depending on how you want to view your scheduled events, you can switch between daily, weekly, work, or monthly view.
To do so:
Note: By default, your Calendar will be set to the weekly view. You can change the default view in the Preferences.
To view the present, past, or future events:

You can view your scheduled events in multiple time zones in your calendar. To do so:
Click the Plus icon next to the current time zone label at the top-left corner of the Calendar view.
Search for and select the time zone you want using the search box or by scrolling through the list of options.
Enter a label for the selected time zone for ease of identification.
Click Save.

To replace a time zone with another one:
Click the existing time zone, or right-click it and select Edit from the menu list.
In the pop-up that appears, search for and select the time zone you want using the search box or by scrolling through the list of options.
Click Save.

To delete a time zone:
Note: The local time zone can't be deleted.
