Viewing Calendar Events

Viewing Calendar Events

In this article, we'll explore the various ways to view your scheduled events.

Viewing Events in the Unified Calendar

You can view all of your calendars in the left pane of the Calendar module. They will be categorized as:

  • My Calendars
  • Group Calendars
  • App Calendars
  • Shared Calendars
  • Subscribed Calendars

You can add as many calendars as required under these categories. Each of these calendars and their corresponding events will be color coded. You can choose to enable or disable any of these calendars by checking or unchecking the respective calendar. If you have multiple calendars in the left pane, use the search bar to quickly find a specific one.

Upon hovering over the event tile, you can preview the event details and initiate and join meetings.

Viewing Events by Agenda

To get a glimpse of only the planned events, you can use the agenda view. You will find it right below your list of calendars.

It's split into two parts: Monthly spread and events list. By moving the cascading arrow  up or down, you can expand or shrink the size of the agenda view.
