In this article, we'll see how you can sign in and out of Trident and manage the app sessions.
To sign in via email OTP instead of a password:

Note: By clicking on Sign in another way, you can choose to either get an OTP to your email address or mobile number and enter it to sign in.

Smart Sign-in is a secure and seamless way to sign in to your Zoho account by scanning a QR code using Zoho's Authenticator app, OneAuth. You do not need to type in your username or password manually.
To sign in to Trident using Smart Sign-in:
To sign in to Trident using your federated accounts:
Go to the login page.
Choose from the list of federated accounts.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete federated sign-in.
Supported federated identity providers:
Apple
Yahoo
X (formerly Twitter)
Microsoft
Slack
GitHub
Go to the login page.
Select Sign in Via Web Browser.
An in-app web browser will open.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete web sign-in.
If you have forgotten your password and are unable to sign in:
If you do not remember any past passwords related to that Zoho Mail account:
Alternatively, you can also reset your password by verifying via the domain associated with your Zoho Mail account. To do so:
To sign out of Trident:
Note: While signing out of the app, actions such as ongoing calls or meetings will be ended.
Learn about other methods of signing out of Trident. In Trident, you can attempt to sign in to Zoho Mail 20 times in a 24-hour interval. If you exceed this limit, you must wait for the buffer time to run out before signing in again.
Similarly, you can have 20 active sessions in Trident from different devices and web browsers. If you exceed this limit, you must remove the unused logins to continue signing in.
