In this article, we'll see how you can sign in and out of Trident and manage the app sessions.
You can sign in to Trident via:
Email address and password
Mobile number and password
Smart sign-in
Federated accounts
Web browser
To sign in via email OTP instead of a password:
To sign in to Trident using Smart Sign-in:
To sign in to Trident using your federated accounts:
Go to the login page.
Choose from the list of federated accounts.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete federated sign-in.
Supported federated identity providers:
Apple
Yahoo
X (formerly Twitter)
Microsoft
Slack
GitHub
Go to the login page.
Select Sign in Via Web Browser.
An in-app web browser will open.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete web sign-in.

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to sign in:
If you do not remember any past passwords related to that Zoho Mail account:
To sign out of Trident from Settings:
Note: When signing out of the app, ongoing calls, meetings, and other actions will be ended. In Trident, you can attempt to sign into Zoho Mail 20 times in a 24-hour interval. If you exceed this limit, you must wait until the buffer time runs out before signing in again.
Similarly, you can have 20 active sessions in Trident from different devices and web browsers. If you exceed this limit, you must remove the unused logins to continue signing in.
