Configuring Outbox Delay in Trident (macOS)

Outbox delay refers to the amount of time an email remains in your outbox before it is sent. This delay allows you to cancel or modify the email before it is actually sent out to the recipient.

To configure the outbox delay:

  1. Click your profile image on the top-right corner of the app.
  2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
  3. Go to Mail > Compose.
  4. Toggle on the Outbox Delay option.
  5. Set the outbox delay.

To configure the outbox delay for your secondary Zoho Mail accounts: 

  1. Click the drop-down with the email address listed above the Outbox Delay setting.
  2. Choose the desired account.
  3. Configure the outbox delay.

Notes
Notes: 
  1. The allowed range for outbox delay is 1 second to 120 minutes. 
  2. The outbox delay setting applied to your Zoho Mail account will be applied to all of the linked external email accounts configured via POP/IMAP.
