Configuring Undo Interval in Trident (macOS)

In this article, we'll see how you can retract an email you've sent by canceling the sending process within a brief window of time with the help of Undo Interval.

To configure this setting:

  1. Click your profile image in the top-right corner of the app.

  2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

  3. Go to Mail > Mail Composer.

  4. Toggle on the Undo Interval option and enter the duration.


To configure the undo interval for your secondary Zoho Mail accounts:

  1. Click the drop-down with the email address listed above the Undo Interval setting.

  2. Choose the desired account.

  3. Configure the undo interval.

Notes:

  • The allowed range for undo interval is 5 to 30 seconds.

  • The undo interval setting configured for your Zoho Mail account will be applied to all of the associated external email accounts configured via POP/IMAP.
