In this article, we'll see how you can retract an email you've sent by canceling the sending process within a brief window of time with the help of Undo Interval.
Click your profile image in the top-right corner of the app.
Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
Go to Mail > Mail Composer.
Toggle on the Undo Interval option and enter the duration.
To configure the undo interval for your secondary Zoho Mail accounts:
Click the drop-down with the email address listed above the Undo Interval setting.
Choose the desired account.
Configure the undo interval.
Notes:
The allowed range for undo interval is 5 to 30 seconds.
The undo interval setting configured for your Zoho Mail account will be applied to all of the associated external email accounts configured via POP/IMAP.
