You can download single, multiple, or all attachments from an email. Depending on your needs, you can download them directly or as a ZIP archive, with or without password protection.

Open the email containing the attachment.
Click the Download icon.
Browse to the location where you want to save the file, and rename it if needed.
Click the down-arrow next to the Download icon and select Download With Password.
Enter a password and click Submit.
Browse to the location and rename the file to save it.
To download the attachment as a password-protected ZIP archive:
Click the More Options icon next to the Download as ZIP option.
Select ZIP and Download With Password.
Enter a password and click Submit.
Browse to the location and rename the file to save it.
Open the email containing several attachments.
Click the down-arrow and select Select Attachments.
Choose the attachments you want to download.
Click Download Selected.
Browse to the location and rename the file to save it.

To download multiple attachments as a password-protected ZIP archive:
Click the More Options icon next to Clear Selection.
Select ZIP and Download Selected Files With Password.
Enter a password and click Submit.
Browse to the location and rename the file to save it.
Open the email containing multiple attachments.
Click Download All.
Browse to the location and rename the file to save it.
To download all attachments as a password-protected ZIP archive:
Click the More Options icon next to the Download All option.
Select ZIP and Download With Password.
Enter a password and click Submit.
Browse to the location and rename the file to save it.
To preview an email attachment:
Open the email containing the attachment.
Click on the file in the email detail view to preview it.
