To scrub emails from multiple senders:
Multi-select emails from the desired senders by clicking the sender's image or the hollow circle.
Select Scrub in the detail view. Sometimes, the Scrub option will be listed under the More menu list when space is limited in the detail view.
An alert will appear, displaying all the email addresses selected. If you've selected more than five senders, it will display them all, letting you choose up to any five of your choice.
Once ready, choose between Archive or Delete.
Notes:
When you scrub emails in a Tag or a View, emails from all folders from the selected email addresses will be scrubbed.
If you're scrubbing from a specific folder, only the emails in that folder will be archived or deleted. Emails from the same sender in other folders will not be affected.
Bulk archiving or deleting is restricted in the following folders and views: Templates folder, Drafts folder, Outbox folder, Shared folders, All Inboxes, Saved Searches, and Search Results.
