In this article, we'll see how you can manage your tasks and maintain an organized to-do list.
You can choose between the List and Board views to get a glimpse of all your tasks grouped by due dates or task assignees.
On right-clicking a task, you'll be able to see the task creator and date of creation, as well as options to open the task in a window or delete it.
In the Board view, you can drag and drop tasks to easily update the category, status, priority, due dates, tags, and assignees.
After you have created a task, you can edit the title, description, priority, due dates, and change or remove assignees whenever you need. To edit a task:

Click open the task you want to delete.
Click the More icon in the detail view.
Select Delete from the menu list.
In the alert that appears, click Delete.
Note: You can delete only the tasks you have created and while doing so, the task will be deleted permanently along with all sub-tasks, comments, and activities.

Click the Sort icon.
Sort by created, modified, or due dates from the options available.
In Board View, you can reorder tasks by dragging and dropping them within the same board. For example, if your tasks are grouped by priority, and you have five tasks under the "High Priority" board, you can drag the third task and move it to the top of the list.
