In this article, we'll see how you can manage your tasks and maintain an organized to-do list.
You can choose between the List and Board views to get a glimpse of all your tasks grouped by due dates or task assignees.
Upon right-clicking a task, you'll be able to view the task creator and date of creation, as well as options to open the task in a window or delete it.
After you have created a task, you can edit the title, description, priority, due dates, and change or remove assignees whenever you need. To edit a task:
To edit a task from the list or board previews:
Hover over the task you wish to edit.
Click the Edit icon to change the task title.
Click the Calendar icon to change the due date.
Click the Assignee icon to assign or reassign the task to a teammate.
The changes will be saved automatically.
Note: When you're added to a Task Streams group with Member permission or to a task as an Invitee, you won't be able to edit tasks where you're not the task creator or assignee.
In the Board view, you can drag and drop tasks to easily update the category, status, priority, due dates, tags, and assignees.
To delete a task:
Right-click the task you want to delete.
Select Delete Task from the menu list.
In the alert that appears, click Delete.
