Exploring the ToDo Module in Trident for Mac

The ToDo module in Trident allows you to effortlessly manage your to-do list, easily track your tasks, and view them however you desire.

Viewing Tasks

Tasks are categorized into four standard views, allowing you to access your to-do list based on timelines, tasks you've created, tasks that have been assigned to you, and all of your personal tasks.

  • Agenda View: Tasks that are ordered with respect to their due date.

Delayed Tasks

Lists all of the tasks that weren’t completed on the given due date.

Today's Tasks

Lists all of the tasks that are due on that particular day.

This Week's Tasks

Lists all of the tasks that are due that particular week.

This Month's Tasks

Lists all of the tasks that are due that particular month.

Upcoming Tasks

Lists all of the tasks that are due from the upcoming month up to the upcoming year.

No Due Date

Lists all of the tasks that were created without a due date.

  • Created by Me: Tasks that are created by you and assigned to others.
  • Assigned to Me: Tasks that are created by others and assigned to you.
  • Shared With Me: Tasks that are created by others and assigned to you or shared with you as an invitee.
  • Personal Tasks: Tasks that are created by you. These tasks are private; no one can access them unless you assign or invite a team member to collaborate.
  • Group Tasks: Tasks that are created directly under the corresponding Streams group. Everyone who is a part of the Streams group will be able to view these tasks.

Customizing the Tasks  View

There are two ways to customize viewing your tasks: List and Board Views.

List View

Board View

You can group tasks in the List or Board Views by their category, status, priority, due dates, tags, and assignees.

Depending on the amount of information you'd like to see in the List View, you can further customize the list by switching between Comfort or Compact Views.

Comfort View

Compact View

When you open a task in the detail view, you can use task fields to provide more context and information.
