Exploring Cliq Calls Widget in Trident for Mac
In this article, we'll see how the Cliq Calls widget in Trident displays the call history and enables you to connect with contacts over audio, video, or screen-share calls.
Placing a New Cliq Call
To place a new Cliq call:
- Click New Call.
- Search for the person you want to call by typing their name in the search bar.
- Select the record by clicking it from the search results.
- Choose between Video Call or Audio Call.
Placing a Call From Call History
You can place a call from the call history by clicking on a record. It will initiate an audio, video, or screen-share call automatically based on the previous call type placed.
Note: Missed calls are denoted by red-colored icons.
