Searching for Contacts

To look up a contact's details:

1. Click the Search Contacts  icon.
2. Search for the person you're looking for by typing their name or email address in the search bar.  
3. Click open the record to view the contact's details and connect with them over email, chat, or call. 

Listing Common Conversations

To search for all the emails you, your alias email address, or team email address received from the contact, click the More Options  icon and select List Emails From Contact.

To list the emails from a contact to you, click the More Options  icon and select Email Conversations.

To list the chats in common, click the More Options  icon and select Chats in Common.

Viewing Contact Profiles

To view a contact's profile:

1. Search for and select the contact whose Profile you want to view.
2. In the contacts card, click the More Options  icon.
3. Select View Profile from the menu list.
