The following are the available widgets in Trident:

Adding a Widget

To add a new widget:

1. Click the Widget  icon in the app menu bar to open the Widgets panel.
2. Click the Add Widget option.
3. Click the Plus  icon of the required widget to add it. 
4. Click Done.

Note: You can have up to three widgets at a time. 

Replacing a Widget

To replace an existing widget with another one:

1. Click the More Options  icon at the top-right corner of the widget you want to replace.
2. Under the Replace Widget section, select the required widget.
3. The current widget will be replaced by the one you've chosen. 

Popping Out a Widget in a New App Window

To pop out a widget in a new app window for better focus: 

1. Click the More Options  icon of the widget you want to pop out in a new app window.
2. Select Pop-Out from the menu list. 

Note: After closing a popped-out widget, it will be removed from the Widgets panel. You can add it again later anytime. 

Removing a Widget

To remove a widget:

1. Click the More Options  icon at the top-right corner of the widget you want to remove.
2. Select Remove Widget from the menu list.  

Alternatively, you can also:

1. Click the Add Widget option at the bottom of the Widgets panel.
2. Click the minus  icon of the widget you want to remove. 
3. Click Done.

Enabling or Disabling a Widget in Desktop and Menu Bar App

To enable or disable a widget from app Preferences:

1. Click your profile image in the top-right corner of the app. 
2. Select Settings from the menu list. 
3. In the dialog that opens, click Integrations.
4. Toggle the widget on or off.

Note: Disabled or enabled widgets can be added or removed directly from the Widgets panel. 

Trident's menu bar app supports the following widgets:

• Contacts
• Attendance
• Recent Calls
• Notes
• WorkDrive

To enable or disable these widgets:

1. Click open the Trident menu bar app.
2. Click the Settings  icon at the bottom-right corner of the menu bar app.
3. Select Widgets from the menu list. A sub-menu with the list of widgets will pop up.
4. Check a widget to enable it and uncheck it to disable it.
