If you’re unable to view the Cliq module icon in the module list, the module may have been disabled by you in the app Settings.

Trident offers various options to customize how you use Cliq. You can use it as

1. A chat bar at the bottom
2. A separate module within Trident
3. In a new window
4. Or both, as a chat bar or a module (default and recommended option)

When you disable Cliq as a module, its related options in Settings are hidden. In this case, Cliq will not appear in the module list or be accessible in a separate window.

If Cliq is enabled as a module, you can access it as a module in Trident or open it in a new window.

To access these customization options:

1. Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.

2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

3. Select Cliq.

4. In the Cliq Settings section, you can choose to enable Cliq as a chat bar and a separate module.
