How do I pause email syncing in Trident (Windows)?

  1. Right-click the email address in the Account switcher. Select Pause Sync from the menu list.
    To disable email syncing:
  1. Right-click the email address in the Account switcher. Select Disable Offline Mail from the menu list.

Or go to Settings > Accounts > select the account > Under Sync settings, disable Sync.
