Enabling folder-based notifications
Syncing emails from a specific date
Adding huge attachments while sending emails (rolled out in Trident 1.38.5.0)
Archiving email folders
Supporting shared mailbox (rolled out in Trident 1.37.5.0)
Scheduling meetings
Viewing deleted events and calendars
Resource booking
Adding emails as calendar events (rolled out in Trident 1.38.5.0)
Chatting with participants via Cliq or sharing email while creating an event
Tasks
- Unified tasks view
Notes
Applying tags to notes
Archiving, moving, copying, and printing notes
- Granting access to WorkDrive files by dragging the contact and dropping it to the file in the WorkDrive widget
- Viewing Zoho Desk email notifications in live data view
