Switching between email accounts and user accounts in Trident (Windows)

In Trident for Windows, you can switch between email accounts directly within the Mail module, or switch between Zoho Mail user accounts from your profile to change the primary user across all modules—without needing to sign out and back in.

Switching between email accounts

In the Mail module, simply click on the email account you want under the Accounts section in the left pane. This switch applies only to emails.


Switching between user accounts
To switch your Zoho Mail user account, click on your profile picture and select the account you want. This changes all modules to the selected user account.

You can also switch the primary account from the app settings. To do so:

  1. Click the Main Menu icon in the top-left corner of the app.

  2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

  3. In the Settings window, go to Accounts.

  4. Click the More icon above the email address you want to set as the primary account.

  5. Select Set as Primary Account from the drop-down menu.
