In this article, we'll see how you can customize Streams in the Mail module according to your preference.

Note: Streams is not available as a separate section in Trident for Windows. However, some of its functionality is available and explained in this help document. The full set of Streams capabilities, which are available in the Zoho Mail web application, will be available in future updates.

Accessing Streams in Mail

You can decide how you want to access the Streams comment box in the email detail view: As a popover or a component under the email. To enable the Streams comments as a popover, navigate to Main Menu > Settings > Mail > Mail View Options, toggle the Show Streams Comments in Popover by Default option on.

Note: If this option is toggled off, the Streams Comments will appear below the email.
