You will find all of your contacts segregated into personal and organizational contacts on the left pane of the Contacts module.
Personal contacts are contacts that you've communicated with or added through Cliq. These contacts will automatically appear under Personal Contacts.
Organization contacts are contacts added by your organization's admin. These contacts will be common for all of the employees in your organization.
Selecting a contact from the Contacts list view will display their profile in the detail view with the following contact information:
Contact Name
Email address
Phone number
Designation
Department
Seating location
Phone extension
Reporting Manager
Work status
The contact card also offers quick options for instant communication via email, chat, or calls with the user. You can perform the following actions from the contact card:
Add to contacts: To send invites to users to add them to your personal contact list.
Initiate a chat: To start a chat with the contact.
Initiate an audio call: To start an audio call with the contact.
Initiate a video call: To start a video call with the contact.
Send an email: To open the email composer with the contact as the recipient.
View People's profile: To view the contacts' People profile.
In addition to the contact card, you can access contact details, organized into three tabs: Overview, Emails, and Chats, each offering specific information.
Overview: Lists contact and work information.
Emails: Lists emails received from the contact.
Chats: Lists chats in common between you and the contact.
Calls: Lists the call history from the contact.
You can access the contact card from multiple places across the app, the Mail Detail View, Cliq chat bar, and the Contacts widget.
Mail Detail View
To access the contact card in the Mail Detail View, click on either the sender's profile image or their email address.
Cliq Chat
To access the contact card from the Cliq chat bar, open the user's chat and click on their profile image.
Contacts Widget
To access the contact card from the Contacts widget, enable the Contacts widget from the widget panel and click on the contact.
The search feature in the Contacts module has six distinct parameters. Mentioned below Here's a list of the available search parameters:
Contains: To list contacts with a specified keyword.
First Name: To list contacts with a specified first name.
Last Name: To list contacts with a specified first name.
Email ID: To list contacts with a specified email address.
Company: To list contacts with a specified company.
