You can receive notifications in three ways:
System Notifications: Notifications that pop up on your screen when you receive new emails or chat messages.
In-App Notifications: Notifications within the app that offer insights into various updates, including email reminders, shared information via Streams, assigned tasks, and other time-sensitive details.
To enable system notifications for emails:
Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.
Select Settings from the menu list.
Select Mail.
Toggle the Enable Notification for Mail option on or off.
To enable system notifications for Cliq chats:
Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.

You can adjust system notifications from the Action Center or from System Settings.

Choose the desired snooze duration from the menu list.
Click Snooze.
To dismiss sticky notifications, click Dismiss.
To turn off all notifications from Trident or to manage notification settings, hover over the sticky notifications, click the More icon, and select the required option.
