To view a Connect email notification in the Live Data view:
Click open the email notification.
Switch to the Connect Live Data view in the top-right corner of the email detail view.
You can interact with a Connect post by liking, commenting, replying to comments, liking comments, and @mentioning contacts.
Like
To like and show your approval of a Connect post in Trident, click the Like icon under the Connect post.
Views
The number of times the post has been viewed is displayed beneath the post on the right side.
Comment
To comment on a Connect post in Trident:
Switch to the Live Data view of the post you want to comment on.
Click the Comment icon below the post or scroll down to the bottom of the post to type in your comment.
Once you have typed your comment, click Post.
To reply to a comment:
Go to the comment to which you want to reply.
Click Reply.
Type your reply in the comment textbox and click Post.
Edit a Comment
To edit a comment:
Go to the comment you want to edit.
Click the More Options icon and select Edit from the drop-down menu.
Make the required changes and click Post.
Delete a Comment
To delete a comment:
Go to the comment you want to delete.
Click the More Options icon and select Delete from the drop-down menu.
Click Delete Comment in the delete alert dialog that appears.
The Follow Post option gives you every single update related to a specific post, regardless of whether you've participated in it. To follow a Connect post in Trident:
Click open the Connect post you want to receive updates for.
Click the More Options icon on the top right corner.
Select Follow from the drop-down menu.
The Bookmark option allows you to mark posts that are important to you as bookmarks and refer to them anytime you need in the bookmark section in connect.zoho.com. To bookmark a Connect post in Trident:
Click open the Connect post you want to bookmark.
Click the More Options icon in the top-right corner.
Select Bookmark from the drop-down menu.
The Copy URL option enables you to copy the link of the post to the clipboard. To copy the Connect post's URL in Trident:
Click open the Connect post whose URL you want to copy.
Click the More Options icon in the top-right corner.
Select Copy Post URL from the drop-down menu.
