In the Mail module, you can enable the Streams Comments dialog as a popover or have it below the email detail view. When it's enabled as a popover, use the steps below to share an email with a colleague or a group:
Navigate to the Mail module.
Click open the email you want to share.
Click the Share This Email icon from the email detail view.
@mention the user or group in the comment section and click Send.
Click the Add or View Invitees icon.
In the Invitees popup, choose from the list of suggestions or search and select the contact or the group with whom you want to share the email.
Click Invite.
Alternatively, if Streams Comments is disabled as a popover, you'll find it below the email detail view. You can follow the same procedure from step three to share the email.
Notes:
If you want to prevent invitees from adding other contacts or groups to the email (or other elements such as notes or tasks) you've shared via Streams, click the Refuse Other Invitees icon.
When you like Streams elements such as emails, notes, tasks, events, messages, or bookmarks, you show your approval or your interest. To do so, click the Like icon in the top-right corner of the Streams Comments popover.
To comment on any Streams by you or others:
Navigate to the Streams Comments dialog.
Type your comment in the comment textbox.
Click the Comment icon.
To reply to a comment:
Hover over the comment to which you want to reply.
Click the Reply icon.
Type your reply in the comment textbox.
Click the Comment icon.
To reply privately to a comment:
Hover over the comment to which you want to reply privately.
Click the More Options icon.
Select Reply Privately from the menu list.
Type your private reply in the comment textbox.
Click the Comment icon.
To like a comment:
Hover over the comment you want to like.
Click the Like icon.
You can tag a team member in the Streams comments by @mentioning them. This is also another way to add them as an invitee to view an email, note, or task.
To attach files in your comments:
Click the Attach File icon in the comment textbox.
In the dialog that opens, browse the attachment from your local device and click Open.
Type any comments, if required, in the comment textbox.
Click the Comment icon.
To remove invitees and unshare a Streams element:
Click the Add or View Invitees icon.
In the Invitees pop-up, click the Uninvite icon of the users you want to revoke access to view the email, note, or task.
You'll be notified of the following Streams activities in the Notification Center indicated by the Bell icon in the app toolbar:
When a user shares an email, note, or task with you by adding you as an invitee
When a user shares an email draft
When a user likes your post
When a user comments on your post
When a user likes your comment
When a user replies to your comment
When a user @mentions you in a comment
When a user updates a post (email/note/task/event/message/bookmark)
When a user adds or removes invitees from a post
When a user adds or removes members from the Streams Group
The number of unread notifications will also be listed on the Bell icon. To view these notifications:
Click the Bell icon in the top-right corner of the app toolbar.
Select the notification to view and act on it right away.
