Tasks are categorized into four standard views, allowing you to access your to-do list based on timelines, tasks you've created, tasks that have been assigned to you, and all of your personal tasks.
Agenda View: Tasks that are ordered with respect to their due date.
Delayed Tasks | Lists all of the tasks that weren’t completed on the given due date. |
Today's Tasks | Lists all of the tasks that are due on that particular day. |
This Week's Tasks | Lists all of the tasks that are due that particular week. |
This Month's Tasks | Lists all of the tasks that are due that particular month. |
Upcoming Tasks | Lists all of the tasks that are due from the upcoming month up to the upcoming year. |
No Due Date | Lists all of the tasks that are created without a due date. |
Created by Me: Tasks that are created by you and assigned to others.
Assigned to Me: Tasks that are created by others and assigned to you.
Personal Tasks: Tasks that are created by you. These tasks are private; no one can access them unless you assign or invite a team member to collaborate.
Group Tasks: Tasks that are created directly under the corresponding Streams group. Everyone who is a part of the Streams group will be able to view these tasks.
The task list displays tasks corresponding to the respective view that is selected. In the tasks list, tasks can be grouped by their due date, the group in which they belong, and priority.
You can access the selected task in detail view where you can utilize task fields to provide more context and information for your tasks.
While creating a new task or editing an existing one you'll find a range of task fields that allow you to provide detailed information about your task entries.
