Exploring WorkDrive Widget in Trident for Windows
Categorizing WorkDrive Files
By default, all of your WorkDrive files are grouped under the following views:
Recent Files: Lists all the files you've worked on recently.
Favorites: Lists all the files you've added as favorites.
Labels: Lists the files and folders under different labels created by you.
My Folders: Lists the folders you've created to organize your files.
Shared With Me: Lists the files and folders that members of your organization have shared with you.
Org Folders: Lists the folders that are available for organization members to view and collaborate on (subject to vary based on permissions).
Below these views, you'll find a list of organization folders.
Uploading Files to WorkDrive
To upload a file:
- Click the Upload File
icon.
- Browse and select the file to upload.
- Click Open.
Note: You can only upload files to the My Folders view.Previewing Writer, Sheet, and Show Documents
You can preview Writer, Sheet, and Show documents from the WorkDrive widget simply by navigating to the file location and clicking on it. This will open the document within Trident.
Downloading and Printing WorkDrive Files
You can preview, download, and print file formats such as PNG and PDF from the WorkDrive widget.
To download a file:
Open the file and click the Download icon on the preview header.
Popping Out the WorkDrive Widget in a New Window
Click the More Options
icon.
Select Pop Out.
