Contact the support team for a zip file that can be used to install the .NET core requirements manually. - Extract the zip file to a local folder in the system.
- Open the extracted folder and navigate to the following directory from the extracted location.
zohouwpmailsuite {Version} > windows > ZohoWinMailPackage_{Version} > Dependencies>x64 - Double-click on Microsoft.NET.CoreRuntime.2.2 and select Install.
- Double-click on Microsoft.NET.CoreFramework.Debug.2.2 and select Install.
- Navigate back to ZohoWinMailPackage_{version} folder and find the Install.ps file.
- Right-click on the Install.ps file and select Run with PowerShell.
- The PowerShell window will open to show the progress of the installation process.
If the following Execution Policy Change message is displayed in the PowerShell window, type Y and hit Enter. Otherwise, the PowerShell window will open to show the progress of the installation process.
