App installation failed with error message: Windows cannot install package Zoho.Trident.SideLoad_1.4.0.0_neutral__p2mzwbqt4767m because a different package ZohoCorp.ZohoTrident.Sideload_1.3.2.0_neutral__wxj3s6sf1hbs0 with the same name is already installed.
Navigate to Start > Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
Click the More options
icon beside Trident.
Click Uninstall.
Once uninstalled, go to www.zoho.com/trident to install the latest version.

Note: For Windows 10 users, navigate to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & Features. Then, select Trident and click Uninstall.
