Troubleshoot installation issue

Steps to get Event Viewer logs to debug app installation issues:

  1. Open the Start Menu, type Event Viewer in the search bar, and click on it.
  2. In the left pane, expand Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > AppxDeployment-Server.
  3. Right-click on the Microsoft-Windows-AppxDeploymentServer/Operational and save the file.
  4. The saved file must then be shared with the support team to debug the issue further.
