Vision
Reading mask
Zoho Vault has a reading mask feature that highlights the area being hovered over while dimming surrounding content to aid focus and minimize distractions. This feature is beneficial for individuals with dyslexia or ADHD, helping them maintain attention on specific sections of the screen.
Focus ring
Navigation is made easier with the help of a focus ring, which is a visible border that surrounds the currently selected element when using the keyboard. This feature is particularly beneficial for users with visual impairments as it allows them to identify and interact with the selected content more easily.
Underline links
Clickable links in Zoho Vault are always underlined to ensure they are easily identifiable. This visual indicator helps users, especially those with color blindness, recognize hyperlinks and prevents confusion about which elements lead to additional information or external pages.
Strikethrough disabled disabled buttons
Disabled buttons are clearly indicated with a strikethrough to prevent any confusion in interface elements. This visual cue helps users easily identify inactive options, making interactions more efficient.
Switch labels
Toggle switches in Zoho Vault are clearly labeled with ON or OFF indicators. This eliminates guesswork and enhances accessibility by making every control element easy to understand at a glance.

Keyboard shortcuts
Zoho Vault supports a range of intuitive keyboard shortcuts that allow users to move quickly through the application without relying on a mouse. Whether you're switching sections or performing frequent actions, keyboard shortcuts eliminate unnecessary clicks and scrolling, ensuring a seamless experience.
Page Navigator
The Page Navigator enhances accessibility by enabling users to jump directly to specific sections of a page. Pressing the Tab key activates the Page Navigator menu. Users can also access it using the shortcut G + T or by clicking the dedicated invoke button. From this menu, users can quickly navigate to:
- Go to the Main Content: This option allows users to skip directly to the main content of the page.
- Go to the Header: Users can navigate to the header of the page instantly using this option.
- Go to the Left Panel: This option directs users to the left panel of the page.
- Go to the Right Panel: Similar to the left panel option, this choice allows users to swiftly move to the right panel of the page.
