The transfer ownership feature in Zoho Vault allows super admins to transfer ownership of passwords and folders from one user to another within the same organization. This capability is particularly useful in scenarios where there are personnel changes within an organization. When an employee leaves the company or changes roles, their access to sensitive passwords and folders may need to be reassigned to a new colleague or team member.
To transfer ownership:
Log into your account.
Click on Settings.
Click on Users.
Select a user and click on More.
Click on Transfer Ownership.
Select the user to whom you want to transfer ownership.
Choose if you want to transfer Passwords, Folders, or All Passwords and Folders.
Choose the privilege retained by the current owner.
If you wish to transfer a subfolder, select the subfolder.
