Intuitive Reports
If you're an administrator making business-critical decisions, you require complete visibility to manage your enterprise passwords. Zoho Vault provides intuitive reports in simple tables and graphs that display an overview of various activities carried out in your organization's Vault. Super-admins and administrators have access to these reports, to monitor and implement necessary steps to stay compliant. You can access nine different reports from the Reports tab, as well as export them as PDFs, which can be used for internal auditing.

User access
User access displays an overview of who has access to which password at the moment. You can also view the sharing permissions of different passwords accessed by a user, along with their respective access privileges. Get an overview of all the user roles, or select a specific user to find brief details of all the passwords they access, from the table below. This report helps you isolate and reset passwords accessed by a user about to leave your organization.

Get an overview of the sharing status and owner details of all folders. Select individual folders to view the associated passwords along with additional details of the passwords.Password assessment
Sharing reports
You can share passwords with individuals, teams, and trusted third parties, such as contractors and freelancers using Zoho Vault. We have dedicated reports detailing each action in detail. This will help you precisely monitor your users' sharing behavior. Shared with users
View reports that detail all the passwords and folders that have been shared with different access privileges for different users. Select All users to get an overview of all shared passwords and folders, or select a particular password to view its sharing details.Shared with user groups
Shared with third parties
This report lists all passwords that have been shared by your users with people outside your organization (trusted third-parties like contractors and freelancers). View how often a password has been shared with third parties, as well as the list of passwords that remain unchanged. Unchanged passwords
By default, the validity of every password is sixty days in the password policy. This can be modified according to your security policies. Passwords that remain unchanged beyond this period are classified as expired. Expired passwords will remain intact in Zoho Vault, even if you refrain from changing them.
Active users and passwords
Identify who accessed which password from the time the respective passwords were last changed. Additionally, find the list of frequently accessed passwords, as well as the users who accessed most passwords. Get an overview of all the passwords accessed in your organization by selecting Summary.Password policy compliance
Identify whether passwords stored in your account are compliant with the default policy or other custom policies. Additionally, administrators can also verify compliance of users to policies by selecting the appropriate options.
Login activity
Get real-time insights on user extensions and browser logins. Detect unauthorized access through vigilant tracking of failed login attempts.
